In order that the papers appear in the conference proceedings, authors must register by July 15th using the Registration on-line or downloading the registration form.

ETFA2009 Conference Registration fees:

For full congress registration (except for "students non presenting papers"), the registration fee includes admission, one conference proceedings CD, entrance to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, banquet dinner, Energy Day admission and welcome reception. In this kind of registration, each registration allow two papers presentations.

Registration fee for "students not presenting papers" includes entrance to all technical sessions, one conference proceedings CD, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and Energy day admission.

Although the full registration includes the welcome reception and the banquet dinner, it is possible to buy an extra-ticket (in the Social Events section) for accompanying persons.

The organization offers two excursions: a technical visit in the afternoon of September 23rd, and a social excursion in the afternoon of September 25th. Both excursions can be selected by ticking in the appropriate space.

For full congress registration (except for "students non presenting papers"), please confirm your attendance to each activity- energy day, welcome reception, conference dinner- by clicking in "other services" in the first page. Approval letter, signed by the head of the department, must accompany the registration form of students. For TIRME and Valldemossa excursions, the capacity is limited to 150 participants. The organization reserves the right to cancel or modify the excursion program if a minimum participation of 25 people is not reached or under certain circumstances that may occur beyond the control of the organizers.

Accomodation

The organization provides hotel reservation during conference dates. The hotels are located in two different areas in the city. In the area 1, the organization will provide buses to go (and return) to these hotels. In area 2, organization recommends to use public transportation to go to the conference venue, see how to get the UIB.
